These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through the MySignage online store. MySignage is a trading name of Chicken Valley Franchising Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 13087271. Registered office: Unit 6Q, Atlas Business Centre, London, NW2 7HJ, United Kingdom.

1. Orders

By placing an order, you are offering to purchase the products in your basket subject to these terms. An order is accepted when we confirm acceptance or dispatch the goods. We may contact you if there is a problem with availability, pricing, payment or the information supplied with your order.

2. Prices and VAT

Prices displayed on the website are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.

3. Payment

Payment must be authorised before an order can be processed. Available payment methods are shown at checkout.

4. Delivery

UK delivery is free on all orders. Our standard delivery estimate is 3–5 working days. Please provide an accurate delivery address and contact details.

5. Cancellations and returns

Eligible customers may notify us that they wish to cancel an eligible online purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods. Please see our Delivery & Returns page for return instructions. Certain goods made to a customer's specification or clearly personalised may be excluded from change-of-mind cancellation rights where the law permits. This does not affect rights relating to faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods.

6. Products

We aim to describe and display products accurately. Product images are illustrative and colours or appearance may vary depending on screen settings and normal manufacturing differences.

7. Faulty or incorrect goods

If goods arrive faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, or limits any statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to those rights, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Nothing in this section removes any mandatory rights a consumer may have under applicable law.
